Hello!

Welcome to this quarters mandatory RBT training for Above and Beyond Therapy!

During this training we will focus on Error Correction Procedure (ECP). We know this may be a challenging methodology, and hope to ease any confusion and boost confidence in this skill!

Throughout these "Teachable" modules, you will be reading text, responding to questions in a multiple choice format, engage in role-play scenarios, watch video examples, be provided with downloadable material, and have an opportunity to provide your own feedback! We hope this makes your training experience more interactive and meaningful!

Note that, you will have to watch all videos to completion--otherwise, you will not be able to move on to the next lesson. Even skipping over part of a video may cause you to re-watch the video in entirety.

In this next unit, you will experience a pre-test to get a baseline of your ECP knowledge. At this point, you are not expected to know any of the material so it is completely okay if your score is not where you would like it to be initially. Your score here is not graded. However, please still attempt this to the best of your ability.

At the end of this ECP module, you will find another quiz. This one is graded and you must receive a score of 100% before you're able to move on. You're allowed to re-take this quiz as many times as necessary. This will help us ensure that the material is being grasped and you're leaving this training as a master in all things ECP!

The very last unit of this module will be an opportunity for you to privately share your thoughts and opinions on this module. This is required. Please be as detailed as possible, as this will only help us make future trainings be more beneficial for you and fellow RBTs.
